At Koss Atelier, every piece is made with precision, craftsmanship, and care. Our goal is for every customer to feel confident and fully satisfied with their purchase.
Please review our policy carefully before completing your order.
1. Custom & Made-to-Order Suits
All custom-made, tailored, or special-order suits are final sale and non-refundable.
Because each piece is handcrafted to your measurements and preferences, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once production has started.
If your custom suit requires a small adjustment, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and our team will gladly assist you with alterations or fit corrections where possible.
2. Ready-to-Wear Items
We accept exchanges or returns for ready-to-wear suits under the following conditions:

The item is unused, unaltered, and unworn.

It is returned in its original condition and packaging.

The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the order.
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will issue:

A store credit or
-
An exchange for another size or style of equal value.
Refunds to the original payment method are available only if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at Cyriel@kossatelier.com with photos and your order number.
We’ll review your case and arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping proof of postage.

Koss Atelier is not responsible for items lost during return transit.
5. In-Store Purchases
Items purchased at our Lenox Square boutique can be exchanged or adjusted in-store within 7 days, following the same conditions above.
Custom-made orders remain final sale.
6. Processing Time
Once we receive your returned item, please allow 5–10 business days for processing.
Approved refunds (if applicable) will be issued to the original payment method or as store credit.
