By accessing or using our Site, or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or place any orders.

We specialize in luxury handmade suits, tuxedos, and tailored menswear. All transactions made through our Site or in-store are subject to these Terms.

2. Use of the Site

  • You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

3. Product Availability & Description

We strive to ensure all product details, images, and pricing on our Site are accurate. However, errors may occur.

  • In the event of a pricing or description error, we reserve the right to correct it or cancel any affected orders.

  • Product colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings or lighting conditions.

  • All made-to-order or custom suits are individually crafted; slight variations in design or fit are part of the tailoring process.

4. Orders & Payments

When you place an order, you agree to provide complete and accurate information.

  • All prices are shown in USD ($).

  • We accept major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment methods via Wix Payments.

  • Orders are only confirmed once payment is successfully processed.

  • In case of suspected fraud or unauthorized payment, we may cancel the order and refund the payment.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are typically delivered within 3–10 business days depending on availability and production time.

  • For made-to-order suits, delivery takes 3–5 business days after the suit is completed.

  • We are not responsible for carrier delays, incorrect addresses, or issues beyond our control.

6. Returns & Exchanges

  • Custom-made suits are final sale and non-refundable once tailoring has begun.

  • Ready-to-wear suits may be exchanged within 7 days of delivery if unworn, unaltered, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our Site—including text, images, designs, logos, and photography—is the property of Koss Atelier and protected by copyright laws.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Koss Atelier is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our Site or products.

  • Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the price paid for that specific item.
