Thank you for choosing Koss Atelier. This Shipping Policy explains how we handle and deliver your orders placed on https://kossatelier.com (the “Site”).

1. Order Processing Time

Each Koss Atelier piece is crafted with care.

• Ready-to-Ship Orders: Processed within 1–2 business days.

• Made-to-Order Suits: Please allow time for tailoring. Once your suit is completed, delivery typically takes 3–5 business days.

• Overall Delivery Window: Most orders are delivered within 3–10 business days, depending on production and shipping location.

You’ll receive an order confirmation once your purchase is placed, and a tracking number once it ships.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Within the U.S.: 3–10 business days

• Express Delivery: 1–3 business days after your suit is ready

• International Shipping: 7–14 business days (depending on destination)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or custom production times.

3. In-Store Pickup (Atlanta Only)

We offer free in-store pickup at our boutique inside Lenox Square:
Koss Atelier – 3393 Peachtree Rd NE, Atlanta, GA 30326

Once your order is ready, we’ll notify you by email to arrange your pickup. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid ID.

4. Tracking & Confirmation

When your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to activate.

5. International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country’s regulations. These costs are not included in our product prices or shipping rates.

6. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier or incorrect address information provided by the customer.
If your order is delayed or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Cyriel@kossatelier.com.

7. Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order. Once an order has shipped, we cannot make any changes.
